(3) What worked for you in your senior project?
What worked was gaining all the knowledge and experience of what a boot camp is.
(4) (What didn't work) If you had a time machine, what would have you done differently to improve your senior project if you could go back in time?
Probably Find a mentor that is more willing to help me out.

(5) Finding Value

How has the senior project been helpful to you in your future endeavors?   Be specific and use examples.
Yes because it gave me an idea of how a personal trainer job experience is like. It also showed me the hard work i would have to put into it also.

Mentorship

Literal

  • Log
  • Margie Padilla

    Interpretive

  • While going to the boot camp and other classes my mentor was instructing I was able to get great information about building muscle from her and all the techniques she taught me while i was mentoring with her. With all the information she gave me i was able to apply a variety or cardio workout for burning fat and also apply better form to my daily workouts.
  Applied

  • Because throughout this process of working out and learning from my mistakes it showed me how to not make those mistakes and what is the best way to get there. Since my EQ is "what is the way to build upper body muscles" I am able to use the mistakes i did and put answers on how i solved that issue and how did i properly build muscles

APPLIED
How did the component help you answer your EQ or support one or more of your answers.  Please include specific examples to illustrate how it helped.

Well now that I went through this process I can answer my EQ easily because I basically know what it takes to build muscle and the process you have to go through to get them. I did many research on my diet and how i can build muscle and met many people along the way that helped me tremendously with this process. This component helped me answer why are my 2 answers to my EQ were very important as answers. It helped me be more knowledgeable of why good form and nutrition are essential to gaining muscle.
